Liisa Dewhurst love you Liisa!! So glad I survived that chaotic point in my life and for these classes to reflect on the whole story almost like a chapter book! But I wouldn't haven't gotten through all that without this fam holding my hand when no one else would! What a sweet class! From the routines the playlist and the meditation at the end, I missed this live due to shows but catching up on it on a Sunday was pure bliss💙 awesome hip loving movements! And love the arm series!

What a perfect class and a come back class from being super sick a few days ago and dealing with needed a new vehicle right out of that. I was nervous to do a 60 after being sick but this class is so lovingly paced that with a few water breaks it flew by. And I needed that hour to recenter and to give myself that hug at the end. To try and try again. Love you all so much and Marnie so relieved to hear your mom is doing better! Was thinking about you and your fam all week. Love yall thank you for this love letter of a class.

Dang!! Finally caught up on what I missed on tour, what a beautiful class, the sequence of the last 5 classes have me feeling so connected and strong. This class made me sweat so much and I love the barre stretch at the end! Also, love me some new Miley 💙 love you so much! What an awesome flow! Highly recommend yall!

Wow new favorite 60 min! First 60 min since tour and this was so well balanced, I loved every sequence and the playlist! Love yall so much, this is a healing hips and heart class 💙

First power sculpt after 6 weeks on the road and these classes always surprise me! Love the flow and the fast moving pace it flew past. An awesome workout to come back too, I was afraid I lost strength but instead I rediscovered it 💙 catching up on creativity month in May but that's okay!
