Thanks so beautiful! We love about 40 minutes outside of the path but still had an awesome experience! I did the 80s class earlier that day and loved that Total Eclipse of the Heart was on that playlist!

Sending so so so much love Molly, I can't imagine how that must be. I also know some classes can be particularly heavy emotionally, which is good sometimes, other times not so much, when you can. Perhaps stick to some cardio dances, healing hips or stretches. If you have time and need a cheerful pick me up the 80s dance party is amazing. I love mine! A total game changer for abs and the mini under the back for stretches is my favorite! My cat steals the mini lol luckily they're so durable she can't pop it!

I've been using paper plates on my carpet til I can splurge on the gliders after a tight winter! They get the job done but the static is insane ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ™! Will report back when I get the gliders!

Oh man, my food journey has been an insane one. What's worked best for me is simplicity in food, and when my body wants sugar I switched to fruit or maple syrup and cottage cheese before cookies, although, we work hard enough for occasional cookies too ๐Ÿค  salt, maybe the body needs some protein. Sometimes I find, our cravings get mixed up with comforts lol. I had just gotten sick of influencers telling me how to eat to look good and it's been a journey, and still is, finding what makes me feel good! I was vegan and have slowly incorporated meat back into my life in small bits and that's helped a lot, especially eggs and fish protein, but all that isn't for everyone! My favorite trick right now is a boiled or two egg with my water and coffee at the top of the day! That's a huge power boost! I say experiment without rules and be easy on yourself! It's all fuel anyways ๐Ÿ’™
