Quite a few!

Most recently. I'm trying to get myself to hop on the mbody app when I get into the scroll hole on social media. I find this conversation is much more enriching 💙

I've been doing the celery water with a twist! Adding cucumber, lemon and cayenne to it! I've also realized that in the past 3 months of drinking it almost daily, my period cramps have lessonened and my skin is looking more vibrant and less breaky outy during the time of the month! I imagine it helps with the inflammation 💙

Lastly, for I've been reading a book for even 5 minutes every morning before looking at my phone. It let's my brain wake up before I get task oriented and overwhelmed. It's been a fun challenge and has helped my morning crazies A LOT

Hey fam!
I was feeling inspired by yall and I'm getting ready to embark on my 7th big tour, which I'd LOVE to meet up with any of yall if I'm passing through your town! So with roadtrip prep comes playlist planning! So I made an Mbody Musician playlist! OG members Jesse Palter and Jen Korbee! Julia and Michael of the Lolly Bombs! My friend Emily Keating who has been with us for almost 2 years already just released this beautiful single that makes me think of our December babies;)! Needed this today. Life has been moving fast and this is perfect to just slow down for a moment and access you feelings while delivering a wonderful booty burn 💙 def a heart health class for those needing to work through pain or grief as well 💙

I agree so much! For a while I avoided the 60s but now I love having that hour for my mental health when I can sneak it in! I try for at least one a week, 2 if I'm lucky and have the time!

Live 63 movement ball is one of my favorite 20 minute classes ever! It's come in handy for me many times when I don't have much time, want a fun sweat and healing hip vibes! Love the OG arms and abs too!

Here before the 400 live class, my how far we've come, that plank series was impossible for me 300 live classes ago, and now it was fun. Love that these are cataloged so we can return and notice our growth 💙 thank you for every thing! To 100s of more celebrations!
