Will be working these moves a bunch. In August I worked a festival and my feet were in wet boots all day, to the point where the next day i had nerve damage and it was like walking on pins in needles. Since then, it's been hard for me to reconnect with my point and flex but it's getting better

That talk about changing our shoes often is a way of life for me now lol our feet our so important! Love you!

Wow what a beautiful class!!! I love the energy with LP and seeing the hands on directions! I missed the live but was so stoked to have this for today. I needed to be reflective as at the end of the year it's always like. What's next? There's no next because it's the Holidays and a time to rest and reflect!
