Love yall so so much💙🙏💙 thank you so much for holding space and the kind words. I'll be meditating on them and holding them very close to me during the next few weeks. I very rarely reach out for support in any community but yall have created a safe space where I literally had a dream last night that I was at another live class dancing joyfully with everyone. So incredibly thankful for mbody and this global fam this planksgiving. Words can't say it enough 💙💙💙💙

Ab's are burning in the Catskills NY! Originally from the mountains of PA. Loved this class, fun in the beginning very challenging at the end lol. Thank you for the words of wisdom at the end, they were needed for the times love y'all and this fam so dang much!

missed class yesterday and then today had two shows today but this was perfect to stretch out and decompress from what might be the last super busy weekend of the season <3 loved the half and half playlist too! <3 love ya'll!
