I did it during my morning free flow stretch with coffee before a root canal on Tuesday 😅 then I did arms + abs to feel strong about it ... I forget the number but it was an older 30 min and it was perfect to get me strong for the dentist. (Which I'm two appointments away from having the work done finally ! Wouldn't have gotten thru that without this fam💙)
