I LOVE the powersculpt and dance classes! Love classic signatures with new combos too! Been obsessed with my new ankle weights! Maybe a combo or some knockout involved in a power sculpt? But what I'm really focusing on with myself is rest days. I know I'm not the only one who struggles with pushing themselves every day and not giving myself a day for my muscles to rebuild, especially working with heavier weights. But after being sick and a few friends having serious talks with me, I learned I need some restful stretching, which we have plenty of! But I wonder if we could have a 45 min sleepover vibes stretch? For those who have a hard time with a long of energy but need to recover physically. I just need to learn to slow down and rest but it's tough for me 😅 I just love moving so much!

Even the stretch and sculpts bring that fire! Honestly though, whatever you come up with is always awesome and theres so much to choose from! 💙🫂🙏
