Hi everyone,
I was thinking today about something that I learned while I was studying for my sommelier exams, and I thought I’d share it with you all. I learned that some of the best wine comes from vines that have to struggle. Like vineyards that grow on the sides of mountains in Germany and Greece have to cling to rock and grow close to the side to be protected from wind. Or vines that’s roots have to reach deep down beneath limestone and gravel to find earth.
Anyway, the first time I read about that it really resonated with me and I think about anytime I feel that I am struggling.
I hope that this thought will help anyone who reads it.
Lots of love to you all 💕 💕
