Hi everyone! Iโ€™ve been keeping up with the exercises but have been at the beach on vacation with my family so havenโ€™t had time to post. Better late than never!

  1. Talk to myself like I would to my daughter or best friend. Be better at nurturing myself.

  2. Work on strengthening my wrists. I have a hard time holding planks or other moves like that because of the pain in my wrists.

  3. Commit to 5 workouts a week( even though it might be hard during summer break).

Hi everyone,

I was thinking today about something that I learned while I was studying for my sommelier exams, and I thought Iโ€™d share it with you all. I learned that some of the best wine comes from vines that have to struggle. Like vineyards that grow on the sides of mountains in Germany and Greece have to cling to rock and grow close to the side to be protected from wind. Or vines thatโ€™s roots have to reach deep down beneath limestone and gravel to find earth.

Anyway, the first time I read about that it really resonated with me and I think about anytime I feel that I am struggling.

I hope that this thought will help anyone who reads it.
