Marnie, that final meditation was extraordinary. Whoever selected those exact small moments and words should be applauded. Each and every reference made me smile - my grandmother’s rosary, the grocery clerk with kind eyes, the palest shade of pink, the shade of a giant tree, my best friend, belly laugh, ah…perfection.

I forgot just how good this class is. I stretch and move everything, and beads of sweat so soon in the class!

I LOVE coming back to this workout! It is calorie busting but so much fun and short enough to fit before work
