Absolutely love a standing abs workout for travelling without a mat, or doing abs outdoors (which is so hard!). Favourited this one!

Literally the best 20 min class! This class sings Pure Marnie, stretching, dancing, lengthening, sweating. Was a perfect class after the 300 Pushups and Planks

Been feeling under the weather for a few days. Pulled myself to the mat to do this one. It is the perfect illness boost workout. Not too strenuous but just enough to get your blood flowing and cheeks flushed.
