Been feeling under the weather for a few days. Pulled myself to the mat to do this one. It is the perfect illness boost workout. Not too strenuous but just enough to get your blood flowing and cheeks flushed.

Marnie those words at the end were so joyous. Lift someone else up, give them words of encouragement, let your energy and inspiration overflow to them. I loved that so much. I really needed this energetic flow class. Thanks for taking the floor choreo to a beat, because where I’m twisting and turning on the mat I tend to get lost - but this time I didn’t!
