I just completed this one for the second time and loved it even more. There was a great sense of flow and grace. A fabulous full body class with an upbeat playlist. A bonus for me is that I recognise most of the songs 😂. Thank you, Marnie, for the joy this brings

I was a bit reticent about this class at first but I'm so glad I completed it. Yet another new favourite! Marnie's persuasion to try something new paid off big style. It was far more challenging than anticipated and added a new tool to my armoury.
