A perfect end to the challenge, thank you, Marnie. I loved the traditional movements, which help with flow and the new ones to keep the brain engaged. A favourite move for me was holding the bar with both hands while facing away from it on relevé and then into plié - shoulders and back heaven 😍

So happy to have scrolled down the 45 min classes and found a new favourite. This joyful, sweaty and great for posture.

I just completed this as part of the 21-day challenge. I rarely do the 20-minute classes, but so glad we were directed to this one.  It's energetic, yet manageable, to squeeze into the day, no matter what! I'll be back! ❤️

Coming back to this, I don't know why I didn't ❤️ it the first time! It's a beautiful class with a focus on the lower body but plenty for the arms in the first half. Now in its rightful ❤️ place.

Another favourite (as are most of the 45-minute classes). Loved finding new ways to use the ball and the cardio at the end. 🙌
