I'm going to try to concentrate on minimising the nagging doubts about whether I'm doing enough/good enough - as a mother, grandmother, daughter, colleague, friend, neighbour, volunteer. M/BODY is my go-to support for this.

I have dozens of favourites in the catalogue but this is topping them all. It felt so good to be doing this class that I didn't want it to end. Love the encouragement from Marnie that it isn't always easy to show up for a class but you always feel better after you do.

Fantastic energy in this class. Marnie's coaching encourages you to try things you might be reluctant to do. It then feels so good when you achieve it or get close. Another favourite.  

Fiery and fulfilling! I'm sweating and smiling. Too right Monique - the new (to me) combinations were great fun making the brain and body work hard. This is a new no.1 favourite. Loved it. 

Thank you fam for recommending this one. I can't believe I missed it first time around. I loved the feel of the dance in the hip movements. Will definitely be coming back to it regularly.
