Such a beautiful class. I can't believe it was five years ago - it feels like meeting an old friend and recieving a warm hug.❤️

Me too Kendall. The theme of ease was truly epitomised in this class (not easy but a sense of ease in mind and body after it). Marnie's 'end of class chat' makes perfect sense - 'muscles are a pharmacy for the body'. 💪

Me too Katherine - love returning to this and love the cadio, the dancing and happy vibe. I'm not a fan of power scultps and heavy weights but love that we have so many choices and this is mine.

Gorgeous photos - you look radient. Seventy and completely unstoppable! Thank you for showing this community what lifelong passion and strength look like.❤️

I'm with LindseyJ - this was brillaint! The time flew by and I can't wait to revisit  👏👏🙌🙌

Congratulations to you both, Faith. Thanks for sharing this beautiful moment - you look gorgeous! I hope this brings some much-needed joy and gives you all a chance to celebrate love, family and brighter days ahead. Sending you love.

This was perfect for me today - just the right frequnency of energy, effort and enjoyment! Thank you xx

Inspirational Ju. ❤️

So good to come back to this one. It felt both fresh and familiar.  Loved the challenge and repetition of the 4 sets of 8 😀
