LOVE this class!! One of my new faves! Love the choreography in cardio and glute series. 30-40 minutes was perfect length for a busy day. Grateful for this beautiful fam and of course Marnie and Danni ♥️♥️

Absolutely love this live!! Wonderful no equipment workout- Marnie does everything- cardio, glutes, and abs series is on fire!! Love the choreography during glutes too- and this workout has lots of great stretches!

Love this class!! Just did it today for throwback Thursday :) plank series toward the end of the workout was so challenging and so rewarding because I tried my best and did what I could. The playlist is so fun and kept me motivated. Such a fun live!!
