Challenge Day

I LOVED THIS CLASS! I sometimes struggle with motivation and energy to get through a 60 minute. But I did it here because this class is so well-paced and accessible. I feel amazing. Thanks, Marnie!

A new fave! An extended arm/back workout, some brand new moves, and it goes super fast. Plus those tidbits are the end are always SO clear and helpful.

Yes! Discovered you on PopSugar and did that first workout many many times. I remember vividly going out to lunch after doing it with legs shaking. This workout was amazing. Made me feel powerful.

After a day of sitting in front of a computer, this was perfect. Burny in certain moments and opening in others. Plus all that opening stretching at the end was amazing.

This class was amazing. I loved the simplicity. It made me realize how far I've come in my fitness! I was able to keep up with Marnie LIVE!
