I just completed day 2. Halfway through I wanted to quit but I thought "what if I did 5 more minutes?". By the time the 5 minutes was through I was in it again and finished.

My super goals:

  1. 200 words a day on my novel. More if I want but at least 200.

  2. Do ALL the jumps by the end of the challenge

  3. Eat 10 seasonal fruits and vegetables. Today: Jersey Black apple.

I admit, I've taken a break this summer from working out. Instead, I enjoyed the functional fitness I built up with m/body. I had good times at the beach and in my garden, walked long distances with friends. So happy to be back. I AM someone who desires structure as SAHM life can be pretty fetterless. I loved thinking about seeing everyone in NYC and was happy Marnie mentioned it!

This is my late dog, Antigone. She was the greatest dog I've ever met and we had a wonderful 14 years together.

It's hot, hot, hot!! Feels good to get it in though. Enjoyed some moves I don't remember doing before.
