Soooo sweaty!

Love so much the class today. (07/19) 30 min sculpt + strech = sweaty!!! By the end I lind of felt like a cloud ☁️ raining on my mat!!! I guess that's how Marnie feels everytime!

I did this workout last Saturday with some beauties from.our Global Fam. Thanks to Sowany that had the great idea of making a Zoom. It was great to come back to the foundation movements and observe the forms and alignment. Its was 35°C that day so it was ridiculous sweaty. Hahaha but i love it all!

Claudia, I'm so sorry to hear that! I believe in the power of chicken broth with bones ! And some propolis for immunity! And for the stretching, I think you should just do what your body want, no guilty, no pressure. Sometimes just a dry brush or a massage to active a little bit the blood flow are enough. Get better soon, cause in 2 weeks I'm in Milano!
