Oh My God!!! that was the deepest class in 2 years I think! deep core, deep legs and deep triceps! I could feel all of them working hard! let's see how I'll walk tomorrow! ;) the music was great all the class, but the last one was the best! thank you Marnie for being so creative, we never get bored here! Dear Amanda, maybe some of you will think I'm crazy and maybe I am. But here is my strategy for anytime I feel fear (wich I also hate to feel). I pray for Saint Michel. I imagine him with me in a big bubble of blue light, calming and safe. Than I imagine the pilotes and the whole plane in a bigger bubble. Always with him Saint Michel. Let me know if you want me to DM you some more ;) . Ask the universe to protect you and trust it will. โœจ๏ธ much love and calm .

I l'รฎle what you said about being grateful to do it with less guilt. I'm working on that too... but definitely MBody minset has helped a lot already. ๐Ÿ˜˜
