Thank you Monique, it's not always easy, but sometimes is the best thing after hours sitting in tiny spaces,( plane, car, trains) and releasing the stress of being on time. I recommend 👌

Sorry I did something strange in my key board. I normally have low energie at this time too, and a lot of cramps. I feel that a little movement and some stretching especially for the hips help me a lot. I tend to hold a lot of tension in this area so it's really good after the workout. Also sometimes I start with a 10 minutes stretch and normally after that I'm already feeling better to do another one.

Hey Fam, Hey Marnie, Danni, I love that class, I'm a big low impact fan, and that one was a extra sweaty! I'm actually from Brazil but I live and workout from Strasbourg, France! having a lots of fun on this challenge, I think its my 4th challenge... not sure... anyway, thanks for keeping doing this for us!
