This was a struggle.. meaning, at times just holding proper posture even (and not even adding the movements) felt like major work in the hips and back. So, naturally I favorited it. I'd love to return to this sort of space enough to help it feel more free, and less tight and difficult.. And that ending, especially given all the hip release brought the tears. Thank you Marnie & team!

My mini, Eliza hadn't caught the Lauren editions of M/body until this playback. She wondered why there were two people, and I told her Marnie broke her foot and needed a little help to demonstrate these things, and she said, "wow, that's so cool!" SO, ya hear that Marnie?? Resilience is cool! 🫶

this is the kind of workout I walk away from feeling like I can do anything.. thank you for the subtle messaging, the encouragement to joy, the wonderful movement. LOVE your involvement Lauren!!

I love M<45 Glide n Sculpt 357, because I end that class feeling so connected to my body. It’s a challenging workout, but every time I do it the rest of my day feels literally stabilized and calm. It’s a wonderful full body feeling!

Hi friend!!! I’m so stoked for the challenge, because while I’m missing the lives so much lately, it helps connect me to the community. This go around, rather than have a set number of goals, my own personal challenge is to work on truly listening to my body. This means, not setting a number of workouts as my goal. I’m a numbers/metrics/all or nothing junkie, so allowing for a day by day process, in the midst of my most busy season, that’s the balance I’m seeking.

I’m on the thrilled train too! Toot toot! Sorry, I’m a cornball at heart 🤣
