Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

Hi Mayo! Welcome! I do 1 whole lemon for 32oz of water. Also, the challenge doesn’t have to be done perfectly! You do what works for you— it’s more about developing principles that are important to us along the way with a physical facet. I’m a perfectionist and so it’s taken me a few challenges to get this aspect down! Also, several of the fam don’t love celery, so they swap for some other juice, or make a mix. It’s all about learning and listening to yourself and what you need!

I LOVE your city. I would live in the downtown Powell’s if I could. Anyway, hi from the north!

OH MY GOATS!!! I need this. Fellow artist here, Kerry, and I feel you so so much. These goats are so amazing though, and as you find yourself navigating this challenge, please please please remember that art in movement, and truly, art in any capacity IS NOT about performance or perfection. It’s about bringing into existence something that wasn’t there before. It’s messy, it’s not always predictable, but it is so so beautiful. Ok. I’m done now 💜🙌🏻😆

Welcome back Dani! I’m in the same boat with having a full schedule for the rest of this month— but having a goal of doing what I can and being mindful. Happy challenge!!

I don’t have experience in this particular place, but I would wager that your situation will continue to be about choice. Choosing to see something for what it was, and continuing to choose letting that thing go. All of the love and hugs as you continue your transition into a new relational space 💜
