Revisiting this class for maybe the 3rd time since the live. I just added it to favorites now. There’s not really prolonged periods of any series. There’s also a really cool stretch in the middle that I don’t think we’ve seen since this class.

Im so sorry for your loss. I lost my big guy at 7 also. All of them deserve forever! He is a beautiful dog.

Congratulations! I started working from home 4 months ago now and would not go back into an office. I kept the same kind of routine as I had going into an office however though. Don’t feel bad getting up and waking away sometimes! The best thing about it is I’ve gone from loyal desk crew to being able to join the lives most wednesdays.

Hey I’m Nicki. I live in Kenosha, WI. Ive been on M/BODY for 3 years. I’ve got curly hair too. It’s an endless cycle of straighten hair, workout, fix hair, repeat! Definitely extra work but worth it.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I can’t pick overall favorites. I, more times than not, prefer the non-traditional classes that keep me guessing. 60 min I picked class 42- I remember doing it live and having so much fun with the complex moves and flow of the class. 45 min- class 26 to me the energy of this class can’t be beat. It is so sweaty every time I do it and it just feels badass. 30 min- class 247 I was so excited for live after the holiday break and the new moves in this class made it even more worth the wait. 20 min- class 92 one of my favorite classes combining more ballet stuff and traditional moves. I come back to this one when I need some energy. I’m doing a personal challenge to not repeat any classes so I found many new favorites by pointing and clicking.

I second the change up in music once in a while. A hair band themed class would be so cool!
