For the last day of the year I wanted to return to the class that I thought was the hardest this year (2022). I’m wondering now what I thought was so tough about it. So fun to see the growth!!

This one was a banger. I love the slow ones because they seem more challenging for me sometimes. Not that every class is not a challenge!

I’m that person that feels like an idiot when I don’t know how to move or what to say. I did not feel like an idiot in this class; I just had fun! I love how Marnie encourages you to be you and not worry about the dumb stuff like HOW to move. The quote at the end was such a perfect quote for such a unique/special class. Do it in your pjs or do it in your underwear 😂 but just have fun! Excited to hear what the announcement is!

So sorry for the passing of your dog! Last Saturday was the 1st anniversary of my dogs passing. It really sucks! I feel like prince songs really go well with anything
