Thank you for the extra explanation on the standing leg at the end. It helped so much to understand what was going on in that move and the small amount to be turned out. It was good to know what was being targeted and why we were adjusting the standing foot that way since we don’t typically do that in the curriculum. I think when I try it again I’ll remove the glider on the standing leg to test that out just for stability, form correction, and less distraction. The class was a killer, challenging class. I can’t wait to give it another try!

It has been so fun to watch these puppies grow and learn. Thank you for sharing them and allowing them to play while you teach the class.

I scrolled through my favorites list and some classes stood out because I remember how they made me feel.

26- a badass no equipment class. Just plain tough and fun.

42- maybe one of the first no equipment 60 minutes and I remember how tough but rewarding it was to complete it.

88- the passage at the end combined with the music is my all time favorite. It feels like a reward to get to the reverence more than any other class.

92- great 20 minute joyful class

Any classes with Twiggy and happy hits where Bourbon shows up are also favorites because DOGS obviously!!

This was incredible. I regret waiting so long to get the micro ball 🤣

I’m on a quest to not repeat a workout until I have them all checked off in the app. I’m almost out of 30 minute choices so I vote for 20 and 30.

A puppy surprise at the end of every class would be the perfect ending 😉😉🤣
