Really fun 30 min class! I used a 3 lbs weight instead of the mini ball bc I still need to get one.  The first part of class with the ball was low impact but heart pumping, the last part of the floor was so fun for the hips and glutes!!

I love this one. When you don’t have alot of time and need your whole body involved. This one is perfect.

Loved this full body, no impact. Used heavier weights and the stretch at the end was wonderful.

I liked the whole workout. Full body! (strength and stretch) Glutes, hams, calves, thighs were on fire. Arms were awake too. Just a perfect workout. Plus when Marnie says my name, instant fav!!!
This work out made me feel strong! 💪🏼

I really liked all the lower body on the mat hip movement! Felt great!

My thighs were feeling it the next day. Loved the moves at the bar and the stretches.
