I love the warm-up. And there were some difficult floor movements I want to work up to doing.

I liked the whole workout. Full body! (strength and stretch) Glutes, hams, calves, thighs were on fire. Arms were awake too. Just a perfect workout. Plus when Marnie says my name, instant fav!!!

I really liked all the lower body on the mat hip movement! Felt great!

My thighs were feeling it the next day. Loved the moves at the bar and the stretches.

Hips feel great! Used Bala weights on my legs and arms, legs and abs feel alive and the low impact was perfect.

I really loved the arms and barre workout. Classic but always new signature class!
