Hips feel great! Used Bala weights on my legs and arms, legs and abs feel alive and the low impact was perfect.

I used my Bala weights on my ankles and wrists and I felt strong! I am going to go back and do this workout when I don't have a lot of time and I need my whole body to feel (as Marnie sometimes says) a "work in!" I loved the low impact and the heat inside!

A really great go to for stretch and strength but mostly for recovery! It feels like you are giving your body a great big hug for all it does for you!

Marked as a favorite because I will go back to this one for a great hip opener and glute workout. I loved the bar work, my glutes were feeling it the next day!

I used my Bala weights on my wrists and ankles for this workout bc it was low impact. There was so much burn in a good way. Whole body felt stretched and strong!
