Hi Carolyn!! I have the booty kicker barre, the OG M/body movement ball, 1 lb bala weights, 2 and 3 lb hand weights. However you definitely donโ€™t HAVE to have all this equipment, I used to just use a chair for my barre and cans of beans for my weights ๐Ÿ˜Š

Normally I like to think I have a fairly strong core but, this class shattered that illusion for me! For the ab series between the 20-22 min mark where you alternate lifting one leg while lying down and pulling yourself up and the opposite knee - how do you ensure it's going in the abs and not the back? I really struggled with this one and the modification of the head being on the floor confused me a bit since we still had to lift ourselves off the floor. Is there an option to stay on the floor and just practice the leg motions?

I've always had issues with tight hips due to how much I sit everyday for work. Absolutely loved this class, not sure what took me so long to try it!

I spy with my eyes a little M/BODY fur fam! I think it might be bourbon ๐Ÿ˜ Been doing M/BODY since March 2020, joined after finding you on pop sugar. Iโ€™ve probably done the first 4-5 videos so many times, I got to a point where I memorized the moves ๐Ÿคฃ

My lower back always feels so good after this class! It's perfect for when I'm short on time in the morning but, I need some movement to gently loosen up before getting the day going.
