Update: the first time I did this workout, the curled toe floor work intimidated me but two weeks later, it made total sense. Pro tip to anyone who's new, always try it again. Your brain took it in even if you think your body didn't. P.S. Still think it's insanely hard ;)

I love these 45 and 30 mins videos for "extra" day workouts since they incorporate different routines than the hour longs. Will you keep adding more to this video series?
