This class has two big gifts: a new word to use for booty "glute-y" and that amazing Twizzler move that is in the running for move of the year.

When I need to be gentle with myself but still want to feel that sense of workout accomplishment, I go for 143 (60 mins). There’s a holistic energy to this class that I find very soft and healing and I love giving myself an hour of me time.

This is one of those classes that works your brain as much as your body. Because it follows a different pattern, you have to stay fully present and really focus on what's now rather than what's next. It leaves you feeling very peaceful, like an active meditation. This is great for someone who might be curious about doing a full 60 or a longtime 60 fan who wants a class that mixes it up.

Totally agree. It’s been too long since the last XXX and the hips are missing those moves. Hip hop is always a yes. And there should be an annual Beyoncé class.

If you're new to M/Body, this class is the perfect starting point. It has all the right moves and an amazing playlist. And if you've been with M/Body for years, this is the perfect reminder that there's new challenges in everything we do. Love this fam!💪

THIS PLAYLIST!?! Does singing loudly to every song count as extra sculpt? Asking for my abs.

I love these stand alone meditations and have made it a regular weekend practice to end a 60 min with a true reset. Whether it’s the be in the light, intentions or gratitude one, I like having it separate because I choose the right energy I want to channel for the week and slip into it for a true 10 minute mental spa. Please keep them coming!

I try to change up the style of class so I’m not too much in any body part. For example, I’ll do a more barre class one day and then do one with more floor work the next. I also spread out my workout days so that there’s built in rest. Also, the classes from May/June with the float floor work have been very good for overall mobility and flexibility.

Of course M/Body has book girlies! Kristin Hannah’s newest book The Women, about nurses during the Vietnam war, is a great read. Thoughtful, romantic and totally sucks you in.

Hey Yvonne

I wanted to share my experience. An amazing dermatologist helped me deal with a version of this. #1 only clean soaps, moisturizers and cleansers (mine is Vanicream)

#2 I use a therapeutic sulfur mask (mine is Peter Thomas Roth) every single day.

Once things cleared up, I stuck to this routine and it’s changed my life and my skin. We’re bombarded with messages that we should have a complex and expensive skin care routine but like Marnie said, simple and clean is best. Having skin issues can really hurt our self-esteem so I’m sending you love and healing.
