I really needed to hear the words at the end! I've been feeling so fatigued the last 2 months, but just doing my best to rest and do more of the shorter and low impact workouts. This is a perfect one if you just need to get to the mat if only for a few minutes. Just another reason why I love M/body, you take care of our mind, body, and soul.

Love all of these suggestions! I would love either and hour long or 45 minute blue light full body stretch class! Maybe a 45 minute stretch and a long meditation at the end! 🥰 I would also love a 20 or 30 minute stretch class that focused on shoulders/heart opening and posture! As far as length I always love the 60 signature but love the 30/20 minute classes that are focused (like arms, booty, posture) so I can mix and match them!
