Dani, great idea! I would also suggest hormonal changes with menopause as it has some similarities with pms; I actually upped my M/BODY workouts at the height of my peri menopause six years ago. Marnie helped me figure out that my body needed to flow and heal, I was able refocus my needs and leaned into finding new rhythms(at the time it was with different instructors/class times, now it’s even more amazing with so many classes!!♥️) Even speaking to the mindset that these conditions bring is so helpful when you’re trying to figure out what works for you. Thanks Marnie and team for always helping us through the hard stuff 🥹
