Beautiful ballet sculpt class! If you haven’t taken a full breathe or let go of some weight in your shoulders, this class is the perfect remedy. Listening to Marnie call out moves and guiding you to let go and give in to the energy is pure joy. Grateful that I can take up my space, take full breaths and feel the possibility when I really stretch. Take the class and lean in to the invigorating energy 💜

Dani, great idea! I would also suggest hormonal changes with menopause as it has some similarities with pms; I actually upped my M/BODY workouts at the height of my peri menopause six years ago. Marnie helped me figure out that my body needed to flow and heal, I was able refocus my needs and leaned into finding new rhythms(at the time it was with different instructors/class times, now it’s even more amazing with so many classes!!♥️) Even speaking to the mindset that these conditions bring is so helpful when you’re trying to figure out what works for you. Thanks Marnie and team for always helping us through the hard stuff 🥹

When I need a joyful push or when I need to hear & feel the music with my movements I always turn to Beyoncé 60M class or 30 Cardio Dance M/240. Marnie grabs Bey’s music and wields sexy strong movements full of energy and we all feel like masterful queens💃🏻The cardio dance is the most fun I’ve ever had, and when it’s over you beg for more! These two classes are worth the sweat to get to the huge smile and grateful appreciation of how my body takes care of me 💛💛💛xT
