I use a brand called Tuckets, lots of grip and the toes are free. I used them a ton i the studio but now I only use when my feet are cold-they cramp up and keep me from continuing. I take them off usually 10 min after the start when my feet are warm enough. Hope that helps.

Brave is not alone. The third class in the new studio is pretty perfect. The fourth position heel raises and the last ab sequence, in particular are intense and fiery. It’s a beautiful class if you are new or just want to feel a vibrant energy after a long break. Thanks Marnie 💛

The cracks let the light shine in!! What a gorgeous workout for your muscles and brain! I struggled a bit trying to straighten from getting up off the floor but I found my rhythm once we hit the floor with flexed feet(total connection with abs🔥) Thanks for the class and the shout-out, it took a minute to log in and I didn’t want to miss a moment but I was with the Fam💛💫xxxxT
