Hello! Hope you are well lovely fam ❤️

I’d like to ask - what is your favourite workout in each length! And why?

Even with the guides I tend to kind of do my own thing anyways and gravitate towards the same kind of workout all the time. So I want to try all your faves!

Let me know!

Sending love from Oxford, UK ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve never been annoyed by companies “selling”Christmas like this year. My inbox is full of ⚠️attention last chance to get those gifts!⚠️ I’ve unsubscribed from loads but they still reach me somehow. Instagram & tiktok are just ad after ad… it’s so draining - especially considering the uk (and many other countries) have a huge cost of living crisis and some families in the UK need to choose between eating and heating this winter. And there are big companies with massive profits trying to get even more. Sorry for the rant - can anyone else relate to my frustration with this broken system.

I really felt this challenge was super sustainable for me personally. I’m so proud of myself that I managed to complete my goal of all 60 days.

I also felt like the wellness activities were extra fun this time! ~ I forgot to post my fave Marnie mantra on day 50 which is “you’re not off track, there is no track, just life” and secondly “balance is a verb”. ~

I wore glittery eyeshadow for the first time in ages, and got my parents a post card from my trip to Wales and added glitter. I love glitter lol.

Well done to everyone who completed their goals and also to everyone who attempted to complete their goals!

Love you all x

Thank you Marnie!

But I’m still partaking in the challenge. I’m grateful I’m able to have this holiday in the cutest little coastal town called Tenby. I haven’t been able to workout today, but there’s alwYs tomorrow! My fave mantra is “you don’t fall off/go off track. There is no track!”

Sending you all love ❤️

I also didn’t make the live to comment where I’m from. I was born and brought up in Johannesburg, South Africa. I moved to the uk when I was 21 (7 years ago) and now live in Oxford!

Sending love to everyone! :)

I’ve seen so many posts saying that this is your first challenge. I wanted to share my experience with past challenges. And how the extra wellness activities specifically in the challenge have benefited me.

I’ve only ever completed 2 out of the 7 challenges we’ve had. And that’s ok! There is nothing wrong with stopping midway or adjusting your schedule to suit your needs.

The extra wellness activities I still have in my daily routine are :

Drinking lemon water (I actually crave it now. I drink it with warm water in the winter).

Doing the warm up shakes and the little runs and stretches every morning right after I get up. This helps release my jaw and shoulders that I know get during my sleep because of various stressors. It gives me a a big positive boost to start the day and it only takes about 3 minutes.

Journaling. Ok I’ve always loved journaling. But it’s so therapeutic that even when I’m tired I write about my stressors in the evening.

Challenging negative thoughts. This is my favourite. When Marnie says “learn that it’s ok to be uncomfortable, learn you can still be safe and strong.” As someone diagnosed with anxiety, this is a powerful statement, one my therapists have used before. It just makes it sink into your bones even deeper when Marnie says it while you are working out and getting stronger.

Meditating& practicing gratitude. “We expand in the areas we are grateful for,” - Marnie workout 150. Even when there’s chaos around you. I’m fortunate that I work from home most of the time while my partner works away from home so I have lots of space to sit quietly and work on gratitude (it’s a challenge even when there’s peace and quiet!).

Learning it’s ok to stumble and fall. Still working on this one. I’ll let you know how it goes heehee.

Tldr: you’ve come to the best place in the world, for your body and mind. I love Marnie, this community and the challenges, regardless of whether or not I complete them.

Welcome! ❤️

Also the standing core dance is one of my fave workouts EVER. I have done it at least 16 times. I can almost do it without watching the video lol. It is so lovely, challenging in the right way, the words at the end are just so special “feel accomplished. Bring that into your body and being”. I love that! Thanks Marnie!
