I was feeling quite lethargic this morning so I thought I’d just do this until the ballet bar stretch… however the music, fun moves and general vibes carried me through right to the end! Thank yooooooooooooou ❤️❤️❤️

Dynamic side lunges for me! It always hurts the outside of my calf more than the working glute- I’m always backing off early and grateful when they’re finished!
