Wow!!! Deeply challengenging for glutes, arms and back! Starts off slowly in a lovely flow and builds energy. I’d say good for period days when your energy is low and you need a good hip stretchy workout.

Would love some more 60 min classes using ball + weights only. (No barre) W only have one class like that! X

Cardio & abs! Lovely. Weight series is short so take those heavier weights if you have them! I used 1.5kgs I have no idea how I missed this one two/three years ago since 60 mins are my fave! But this is my first time doing this workout! Thank you so much! I loved the playlist too.

If I could rename this class it would be Gluteous Maximus Extreme 🤭 really lovely to calm my mind and ground me when I don’t have a lot of energy (no bounces) so good to practice form and engaging core throughout.

Im gonna go ahead and say this is my favourite workout of all time
