Highly recommend sweat 150! Itโ€™s all standing except for the stretch at the end and the playlist is awesome and uplifting. If you want a real deep challenge (even for those of use doing M/BODY for a while) do 60 signature boys vs girl bands. Completely takes your mind off everything else heehee. And for stretch I recommend recovery flow 180! X

Commenting before Iโ€™ve even done the video but I had to let yaโ€™ll know that the belt of a dressing gown works super well as a strap! Itโ€™s soft but also sturdy :)

UM WOW. if you have been doing M/BODY for a while do this one! It will KICK YOUR BUTT. Make sure you have lots of energy lol. The playlist is fire also!
