This class is so good - it has a little bit of everything. I modify a bit - mostly for my ankle - still a good sweat! Low Impact definitely does not mean low sweat for anyone new to M/Body. Ending with Rolling Push Ups! Love love love. I was able to get up off my knee without my hands for the first time in a while during the glute series. I was quite happy about that. Inches not Miles!

Day 22 - IRL class drop - Most excellent!!

What a great video. I had to pause a lot to try to look at all of you lovely peeps. And then I'd start tearing up - happy tears! There's Aya! I heard the name Jill! Jill S? Cole? Jess L? Kerry K's lovely lovely bright hair! I literally burst into tears at the end when Marnie hugged Tanisha. I miss hugging Tanisha after class, I miss L.P. dancing and challenging me to get lower and lower. This is really good incentive to make it to the next IRL class to meet some of you kids in person! I'm gonna go hug Kevin. Thank you M/Body crew for taping this and posting this! Have a great rest of your weekend Gfam.

I loved doing this class today! I am doing a lot of the moves with more confidence and strength and really concentrating on the core today (thank you Monique!). I love feeling like every time I do the same class, it is always different, because we are always evolving. Have a good day today G-Fam.

Day 20 done! Happy Thursday!

This is a first for me in a long time: 20 in 20!! lol. I loved that the XXX class was today's class. I needed it. Hope everyone is well. (also, I can't seem to get my halloween pic & sweaty selfie from monday to load up. I'll keep trying!)

This is a great m<60 for new to M/Body peeps to try. As many of us have said below, it's pace and energy and flow is as close to an IRL studio class w/Marnie as you can get. Try it won't you? So so happy to revisit this one for the 2022 Stay True to You Challenge.
