Happy Belated dear Monique - actually happy almost half birthday! I modified w/socks and used the other side of my playground mat that is more slide-y but still felt in control. I will try this on the kitchen floor next time! My quads are already feeling this!

Highly recommend for when you feel like a standing workout! I loved doing this one again for the challenge. The leg balance work is so fun to do! I love a workout that has me laughing out loud. I am working kneeling on the top of my foot - it's very difficult for me but I'm considering it a good self challenge. Thanks M!

I didn't fall on my butt once and I stayed upright the whole time with my leg off the floor (albeit low, but something to work on!!!). Really great - please try this if you haven't.
