So lovely. Today I enjoyed the practice of learning how to control straightening my bent knee while in relevé (during the standing barre series) without lowering my heel (as I usually do this with my heel down.) It was really nice to try to teach my body to not go into it's usual 'escape' mode (especially where my heel and ankles are concerned). I just concentrated on the bending and straightening of my knee. I'm excited about learning to train my leg do do this! Thanks Marnie.

Love this one - love revisiting the playlist from awesome Superbowl halftime show. Knew I was in for planks and pushups when Eminem started playing.. Great way to get cardio and sweat in 30 minutes. Recommend!

Happy start to 2023 M/Bod-ians! I shortened my user name to 'jennyg'. It's faster to type then jennygroener lol (pronounced gray-ner). I am so thankful for this community of awesome humans. I may not get to shout out to you during live classes (I am a slow typer) all at once. Just know my smiles and heart are always beaming out to all of you during lives. I'm going to be at the IRL L.A. class. I hope to meet some of you in person for the first time and reconnect with some of the OG crew!! So freakin stoked! xo

I just finished M/<45 BARRE SCULPT /26 and it really felt great. I need to figure out my 1/1 schedule. Starting or ending with a meditation is a great idea!
