Great Class! Visiting for the first time (?!) in my 'do all the catalog' self quest. Definitely sweaty. I did this at my sister-in-law's guest room on fuzzy carpet so I modified for slipping. Can't wait to do at home with my mat and try these moves out again! xo

A must try class! Added to favorites. A quick note for folks in small spaces or traveling: A little extra room around your 'mat' area will not go amiss. There is some leg work that goes a little out of those boundaries. It's not impossible, just something to note. Absolutely worth trying anywhere! New to me moves and felt really centered, per my pal Monique S's comments below.

Love this class! So joyful and challenging in all the right ways and it is definitely a 'sweat' so have a towel handy. Soundtrack is just perfect. I somehow missed this in 2021. Glad to visit it in my 'full catalog' quest - almost done!
