Highly recommend - again! I love it when I pick a class from the catalog based on length of 'detox' or 'stretch' at the last minute and then the original air date is super close or exactly to the day I do the class. The magic of M/Body. xo. p.s. you can totally do this class without props so it's a good travel class or last minute class as long as you know you'll get sweaty!ย

Gah - gotta miss the live again today. Did m<60 sig 53 just now. Super duper! I get to see my sister in person which is rare these days. As I make my way through this lovely spring day, I will feel all of the g/fam sweating and strengthening and smiling! Have fun!ย

A really classic m<60 Signature for new and og friends of the M/Body.ย  (long note: I am finishing up my personal quest to do all of the videos and left a lot of the older m<60s to do last (there are a lot of them!!). I missed many of these 2020 - mid 2021 lives at the time due to some big life stuff that was happening. It continues to make me so happy to see the old studio space (always) and more importantly.. that I get something out of every class EVERY TIME. I sweat EVERY TIME. I am less sore in certain places, but not always! I've been doing Marnie's classes since late 2014. I am stronger and in way better shape than ever. I wiggle and wobble. Parts of my body still wiggle and wobble (menopause and genetics?) and I accept all of it and thank the sun and sky for Marnie and the G/Fam that exists now. )Thanks for listening.

Wow! All of the arm work was really restorative for me - I can't explain it but I think you peeps get what I mean? I can't wait to practice the kneeling to standing on one leg sequence again - it was challenging in a really good way - It's nice to have new movements to work on and gain strength from (literally and mindfully).

Great way to start the day and like Maya mentioned, it was fun when I got the hang of the knee crunching/leg reaching/plank series!ย  Thanks Marnie for always finding new ways to get our bodies moving and stretching and all the while doing planks!ย

Really fun classic m<45: Great pace, excellent use of props, using all of your body and still concentrating on your back and Booty. This one fired up the booty! The barre work especially transported me back to the studio days. Love hearing the continuation of our requested artists in the soundtrack. xo
