Strongly recommend!!! I mis-remembered the number of the m<60 for the Strive for five and did this class (it was in the 200s!) and loved remembering how fun it was to do it the first time in my sister's new apartment on shag carpet (oof) and getting out of each other's way around boxes and books to make room for each others kicks. Just two kids in their 50s having fun with Marnie per usual. xo

An exceptional m<20 class. You can do this with or without a barre or weights, and you may want to make sure you have room to lift your leg behind you (sometimes you never know where you will be working out!) Marnie shows you all the options.xo

Try this class if you haven't already!  Revisited yesterday, didn't have weights, had a ball. Felt it in my arms, and got a good sweat. Great way to start the day.

This was AWESOME. Immediately a favorite and can't wait to do again especially so I can fit in the missing bits because my wifi was not very strong in the garage! I should have tested that out first lols. I have a new mat (9x12) (hence, the garage) and I felt so free and bouncy and boxer-like for the first time in a long time. Please do this one even with modifications and shoes and anything else you want. It's always worth it. xo

Caught up on this fantastic m<60 today (so freakin good and full of new and old favorites). I'm really digging the rep structures: each move x4 then repeated 3 times. Lets you get into the combos. Thanks M for always helping us get into our bodies and out of our heads for 20-60 minutes a day. xo

Must have felt the '2' energy when I picked this one to end the day totally randomly (browsing through my favorites that were <20). Sublime. Thank you M. xo

What a classic! Highly recommend. It felt really good to do this again. Have a towel handy. Sculpt and Stretch is never without Sweat (or feeling it in your calves and glutes and shoulders the next day). xo

Got to catch up on this one today and it was exactly what I needed and I sweated like I was in the studio on a Saturday morning! Fantastic! re: M/OVEMENT ball size usage: I have size 10 feet and I use the mini ball for the standing work because my arches are not very high and I have (newly diagnosed) arthritis in one of my Big toes so it doesn't bend very much and the mini fits the bill perfectly. And, after listening to the end discussion, I might let some air out of my regular M/Ball and see if that might also work.  I love being able to have the options. Now about the ball behind the knee....😆 working on that too! Thanks M!
