It's all in the name: Barre Sweat! Felt so good to do this. Highly recommend and adding it to favorites as I really dig standing ab work to mix things up. xo

Loved this! Perfect for getting me out of my 'I'm sore from yesterday's live/ maybe slightly hung over (?)/ I want to binge all of season 2 of Killing Eve' mood I was in earlier. Perfect flow, great sweat, feel energized. Highly recommend!

Third time on this one I think for spring 22 challenge! I'm proud of my progress. I just love this one. I'm in Corrales NM and my cousin's dogs came to join me and lick me during the closing quote from RBG. What excellent timing! Thanks M for this one. Def a fave!

This was amazing. One of those sneaky sweaty powerful ones.. yum. I just love it when your body can tell you 'yep this is working for me right now'. Totally recommend if you haven't tried it yet, especially if you're new to M/Body. A great intro to a barre and standing centric class. Thanks M!

Oh my that was fun and challenging and my body is literally still shaking and popping - my thighs are like what just happened?! I love that even after 8 years, every time I do a class my body learns something new. That is Marnie's superpower and we are lucky to be in her beam of light.

Yay! Made it through the whole video for the third time and only one pause to rewind to get a move right. Thanks Marnie. Thanks for this Spring 2022 challenge! Sweaty deliciousness. Highly Recommend!

This was a wonderfully moving and energetic and sweaty class. Marnie, you are such an inspiration with your kindness and generosity. Just like life class was a butt kicker, a gentle hug, and a tear jerker. Please try this class if you haven't already.

Day 32 of the Spring 2022 Challenge! (32 comments below (before mine) Kismet! I remember doing this class last year and had trouble keeping up with new (to me) moves... This time I was slightly better lol! Gotta keep trying! Great pace, great music, nice cool down. Try this! Sweaty!

This time I kept up with heel, heel, heel toe heel! (doing this a little ahead of schedule because of schedule... yada yada..). HIGHLY recommend if you have 30 minutes, can get sweaty, want to feel all of your parts. Thanks M/B!
