Did this after a walk this morning and am just in love with it. I recommend this and the newer companion video M/<20 Healing Hips/159 for anyone who hasn't tried them and/or are new to M/Body. Overall a stretchy relaxing core tuning time with Marnie in Violet light and great music (per usual). Will endeavor to add this after every walk! New self challenge!

I'm getting to this one just now in my quest to do all of these videos roughly in order. It was magical and so like an IRL class. Sweaty, moved beautifully, lots of reps, It was awesome. The lights were fantastic. I gotta get something hooked up like that. Thanks Marnie for another awesome class. xo
