Missed this live - love the moves! Had to channel my OG knowledge to improvise the last 8 minutes as the wifi where I was staying was from the 90s and my connection kept dropping. I made it work because I. GET. TO. DO. THIS. !!!!!!

This was excellent! Sweaty and punchy and kicky. And 'twist of fate'? Brilliant. Can't wait to try it again and get those moves down. As always, your words throughout are motivating and wise and lovely. I feel the G-Fam always. Each new Live really feels like getting hugs from everyone after class in the before time. Thank you!

This class did not skimp on speed - what a great pace. The barre work was so much fun. I found that my calves were really feeling it! I can't wait to get better at the floor ab moves without 'hoiking' up (my very technical term for using momentum rather than pure abs during rolling up moves ('rolling' being another term I use because , you know). Thanks Marnie!
