This was really fun! I loved the different start to class and the ending 'rolling' stretches and everything in between. I am feeling it today in my legs. Talk about messy, me scrambling around figuring out which leg I had done and just winging it until next time was very satisfying - thanks Monique for having that experience too! xo

Loved this glider class (used hand towels as gliders). The pace and the vibe was special. Can't wait to try this again going deeper into some of the floor moves (still on the mend). Please make time to watch the after class Marnie chat and impromptu tips about form. 

Loved this! Like many of our m/body, I'm coming back to the mat after a longer than usual break and this was exactly what was needed. I did modify a lot and cannot wait to use all the props next time. I am so extra grateful for this practice and this community right now. xo
