Another awesome Signature m<60! I say this because it's true. I mean really, all of the classes are awesome. I have moments, often, especially during a challenge, where I'm like another <60? so many <60s! Ha Ha Ha! I just remember when the only classes were 60s and I dive right in and love every minute. Just do them and you'll thank yourself later. xo

Highly recommend!! Who wouldn't want low impact and all the m/body impact?! Sweaty and lovely. Try this please. And every time I do this class I'm so extra grateful for Marnie and the M/Body crew who make these classes possible - all the hard work and sweat and tears - and bringing us all together. Awesome.

Highly recommend! Have a towel handy! (Not sure if this is because it's the hottest summer on record, or just me?) I needed a short one today and this was today's challenge workout so yay! Have fun with this!

Excellent! Such a great flow. Really take the time to feel all of the moves - you won't regret it. Great way to start the weekend.

Riding the wave! Going for it! Love this! I think you need to add sweaty to the title of this class...? G/Fam? In a puddle and so happy. xo

Great m<60! Love being in a challenge in 2023 and doing a video that was the first day of a challenge in 2021 - so motivating - hope the G/Fam feels that too!

Wow - what a class to do on a warm afternoon in July '23! Happy Sweaty Summer of Strong am I right?! and I'm near the coast today so I can't even blame my desert heat. Enjoy this class - just go with it - it has an incredible flow and some life saving songs to rock out to. xo

Great way to wake you up and start the week off right! Since time was short this morning, I scanned the challenge board for an m<30 and this fit the bill perfectly! I stretched my feet out first, then put on shoes and oh golly was I moving around more freely and my toes didn't seem to mind! Thanks M/Body!
