Dana, You articulated these feelings so perfectly!

This is an excellent all violet light - all standing - Ballet Sculpt class! Gets all of your body from head to toe (My calves are going to feel this tomorrow in a good way!). I feel very stretched and relaxed and got a nice sweat. I love closing my eyes and channeling my inner ballet dancer. Soundtrack was sublime. I used a chair today and can't wait to do this again with the barre.  (shout out to the other 5/24 birthday peeps out there).

Agree with everything that everyone else said ahead of me: Amazing and spectacular and lovely and what a release! Cried a little and can now move my left shoulder around! (She has been stiff lately). You can do this any time of day or night. Probably fabulous to do after waking up! I'll keep you posted.  I modified with the chair (wrists ) and changed positions a lot (feet/ankles) so do what you need to do and it will still be magical. Congratulations on 9 years of glorious, glorious Sculpt, Sweat, Stretch. Sweaty mirrors!!! So happy to be part of the G/Fam of M/Body. I miss 7am classes lol.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I let myself dance without a care in the world and it was glorious. Thanks again M for a truly wonderful sweaty joy of a class!!!

This is a great option if you're looking for an all standing class to rest your wrists for any reason (some stretches at the end have you touching the floor but not putting a lot of weight on your wrists/hands). xo

Perfect ending to a warm and windy day here in the desert. Every time I do this stretch + restore, I discover something new to stretch, and endeavor to stretch further.  Fun fact: I was able to get a hold of each foot during the table top stretch without difficulty and was struggling during yesterday's live (5/13/23)  to even get my left foot (which is the one I can usually find! ). Cool!

Hey kids - Thank you for your support! This might be TMI but I wound up having horrible stomach pains and sweats in the middle of the night, didn't sleep and had to miss my hike.. I was so bummed. I just concentrated on resting and drinking water and really bland food and I'm much better now. Guess I'm going to be a caterpillar a little longer.. I'll keep y'all posted on the great 'socializing' adventures of jenny g as they happen. xo

Incredible and playful and joyful!! Like Amanda S, I was challenged in a really great way and made it a favorite. I can't wait to play again! I was laughing and my balls were zinging all around the room.  Please watch after class for Marnie's lovely words of support and about our community. It's so important. xo

Try this now if you have 20 minutes! Did this as an end of day pre-dinner pick me up/slow me down kind of thing. That makes sense right Gfam? Also did it in my beat-up 2014 LAKings Championship t-shirt, barely a bra, and basketball shorts because it was a last minute decision and I'm so happy I did it. Now it's miller time.! I love this one and the yellow and the 2/22 angels.. it's all so good.

3rd visit to this gem in a little over month - that's a record! It's <20 but it's action packed!  I had an epiphany: one of my legs stays on the ball the whole time and the other doesn't and does that have to do with right and left brain?...but I forgot which side it was already! Wait, I just demo'd it for the hubs - it's when the left foot is on the ball. Interesting. Thanks for listening fam.  Winding down with this on a day of long haul chores. Try this fam - you'll love it,
