Hi Carly! I modified yesterday with my bent leg behind my stretched out (working) leg. It was sort of an awkward placement, but It felt much better for me that way and I still got the stretch and work in the working leg and not stressing out other parts of my hips/inner thigh and brain. Also lying down as opposed to sitting up with your elbow can feel better too. Hope this helps.

This was fantastic. I AM learning to live between Effort and Surrender. How perfect. I feel very energized and strong and calm and my butt is going to feel this later. Also thinking about all of the G/Fam peeps who are going through something right now out there. This is an especially healing class for so many reasons. Highly recommend. Thanks Marnie! Love the ending visit from your fur nephew!
