Jenny Groener used an 8 for the whole class.. need to work on using the weights during the plank series. I never have and my wrists were like 'wha?' so I'll train them up gently and slowly.

Jenny Groener  love doing this class which was 1 week before the M/B online 1 year anniversary as we are 1 week away from the 5 year anniversary in 2025! How cool is that?!

Really lovely. I missed a few days of M/B and this was a great re-entry. Soundtrack was awesome.

Had a very stable surface today (kitchen counter) and got to do fairy jumps! This class is really awesome. 

This was exactly what I needed today. Was a good stress release. Will try to keep this feeling into the rest of the day. Thanks M. xo

Another fabulous Barre Sculpt <20. Loved the pace, using the weights, the weight behind the knee, the puppies under foot. I'm glad we have video reminders of this time in our M/B lives. It has been extra wonderful and their forever homes will be very lucky. xo

Update for the future: used the Mini ball under my left foot and in relevé the whole time. In relevé for the other side 'almost' the whole time.. Used a 5 but struggled a bit and that's ok! Calves were not too cranky - interesting! Love this whole class. Thank you!
