Amazing East Coast Fam we are finally coming back for some IRL classes. I just need to know what dates are better for you: around the weekend of August 12th or around the weekend of August 26th?

Lemme know as soon as you can in the comments. I can’t wait to see all of you!!!

Welcome Angela I’m so happy you’re here!! The difficult ones are always so fun to come back to cus it’s a great way to track how far you’ve come (trust me it will feel more connected every time). If you ever need support or inspo check out our community board too. It’s such a great resource for video choices and questions. The fam always has each other’s back ā¤ļø

Amanda! I love this comment so much! You were so right to switch to the mini…it reduces the arch extension which is perfect for tighter feet. Fun fact: our feet are a complex (and super cool) web of 26 bones, 30 joints and more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments, all of which provide support, balance and mobility. The work we do (especially with the ball) is all about giving our feet love by strengthening, stretching and ultimately healing them. It sounds like you would also love a stretch sesh. The mini ball is HEAVEN for reducing inflammation in the arch and stimulating circulation. A couple other hacks for tight feet are: bananans, coconut water (both full of potassium) & inversions (easiest one is to lay on your back and just put your feet up the wall for 2mins). I hope this helps! Xoxo
