Evangelene! The dominance of one side is super normal and actually why these series are soooo good for regaining balance in your strength! Keep letting yourself explore and PLAY with weight placement. I promise over time it will feel more stable. Cool thing is that the ‘awkward feeling’ actually makes the mind focus more on the present which is calming for the nervous system and helps your muscles fire more actively. You’re doing so good!
