Victoria! Thank you so much for listening to your body & reaching out. It sounds like your hip & outer leg muscles (abductors) might be tight &/or maybe being compressed. Try: bringing your working leg lower/your chest a little higher so there’s less bend in your standing hip. Also, actively press down on your chair/stable surface to lift your upper body & take some weight out of your low body. Finally, keep your standing hip over your ankle (not toes)
